Kirk Smith brings more than two decades of real estate experience, guiding clients through complex commercial transactions with confidence. After graduating from Colorado State University in 2000, he began his career with DPC Development, where he gained extensive exposure to residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This early foundation provided him with strong skills in deal structuring, project evaluation, and strategic decision-making.
In 2005, Kirk founded Craft Development, further honing his expertise in identifying market opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and delivering successful outcomes for investors, buyers, and sellers. Recognized for his strong negotiation skills, Kirk consistently secures results that align with his clients’ goals while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the process.
Kirk and his family relocated to Winter Park in 2020, where they are raising their four children. Having spent significant time in the area since 2010, he has developed a deep appreciation for the community and the opportunities it provides. Actively involved in local initiatives, Kirk is committed to supporting responsible growth in Winter Park and Grand County—balancing strategic business decisions with preservation of the region’s character.
