About John

John Sanderson is the founder of Sanderson Commercial Real Estate, based in downtown Winter Park and serving Grand County and select national clients. He represents property owners, investors, developers, and tenants in commercial sales, leasing, and land transactions with a disciplined, data-driven approach and direct execution.

For the past six years, John has led site selection and leasing for Lava Island Family Entertainment Centers, typically in 35,000–45,000 square foot big-box locations. That work sharpened a repeatable process for evaluating trade areas, access, visibility, parking, tenant mix, and economics—then negotiating leases that perform long-term.

Locally, John is the market’s primary commercial resource for small-format retail and office leasing, lease-up strategy, and the sale of multi-tenant commercial buildings.
